By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. An order is considered confirmed upon acknowledgment by CAFAFREECA and receipt of prepayment (if applicable).
2. Products
We produce custom and standard confectionery items including cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts. All products are handmade; minor variations in weight, color, shape, and decoration are normal and do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed via our website, messenger, phone, or email. Changes after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery times. You are responsible for providing accurate order details (flavor, design, allergen requirements, delivery address, etc.).
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are determined based on product composition and complexity. Prepayment of up to 100% may be required. Payment confirms your agreement with the order details. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the agreed delivery date are non-refundable.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the specified address or available for pickup. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims regarding appearance or composition are not accepted after delivery. For pickup orders, the customer assumes full responsibility for transportation.
6. Limitations
Our products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to food allergies or intolerances. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.
