In 2016, the Fitness & Media Awards ceremony was held to honor the people shaping the modern strength sports industry. It was a significant and warmly celebrated event for the entire community.
The Atmosphere and Guests
The evening was hosted by Mikhail Koklyaev and Bogdan Khmelnitsky, who set a fantastic tone. The event brought together sports stars like Sergey Shelestov, Andrey Popov, Denis Gusev, Ekaterina Shokhina, Roman Dudushkin, and many others. What made it especially meaningful was that each award was presented with a detailed explanation of why the winner was chosen — this added a layer of integrity and respect to the proceedings.
Our Contribution to the Celebration
It was a great honor for us to take part in this event. We prepared a special cake for the guests, designed to look like the "Iron World" magazine. Its foundation was our beloved "Velvet Story" sponge cake. It was wonderful to see our dessert become a part of such an important evening for the sports world.
